David attended United Wesleyan College, recieivng his Back of Religious Education. He then attended Trenton State College and Glassboro
State College, receiving his teacher certification. David was the first Director (part-time) of Hunterdon Drug Awareness Program from 1977 - 1980, and served on the Board in
1980 for a year. He then came back to HDAP in 1985 for one summer before leaving to live in Kentucky as Pastor for
the Atwood Wesleyan Church for three years. In 1988 he came back to NJ and worked with HDAP as a primary prevention
counselor and has worked part-time at HDAP since that time. He has served on the Phillips Memorial Hospital Board in the late 1970's,
served on the Lambertville public school board in the late 1970's, served on the Hunterdon Medical Center Mental Health Board in
the 1980's, served on the Hunterdon Medical Center Board in the 1980's, and served on the YMCA board in the early 2000's. David is currently pastoring at Stockton Wesleyan
and Old Rocks Churches. He currently serves as the Hunterdon County Jail Chaplain since 1994. Dave also served in the
capacity of the Hunterdon County PUblic Safety Chaplain, Police Chief's Chaplain and the Deleware Township Fire Department Chaplain.
