Theory:
|
Raffaella’s prefers Cognitive Behavioral with just a bit of Client-Centered in order to help her listen and try to
understand how things are from the client's point of view. Raffaella believes that in order for clients to make changes
in their life and to address their addictions, they must first recognize their consequences, belief systems, irrational
thought process/negative feelings, and patterns of behavior responses that keep them stuck in the addiction/relapse
process. She feels that positive behavior change stems from changing the way one thinks and perceives events that happen
to them. The more one continues to be rewarded for positive behavior, the more it promotes self- efficacy and a desire to
continue positive behavior.

in her locality, USA, and abroad. Her favorite vacations have been to Honolulu/Waikiki, Hawaii and to
Naples, Rome, Pompeii, Capri, Amalfi Coast, Italy where she visited family she had not seen in over 20 years.
